For nearly 140 years, Eli Lilly and Company has been meeting the health care needs of people in the United States and around the world. Understanding this unique industry and company is critical to sharing it with those who enter Lilly facilities. For more than five years, Xibitz has collaborated with Lilly and other partners to ensure the pharmaceutical giant’s most important messages come through loud and clear.
In one such project, enhancements to the executive wing of Eli Lilly’s headquarters feature one of-a-kind designs to showcase the way Lilly develops its innovative medicines – its pipeline from research to patent to patient – in Bio-Medicines, Diabetes, Animal Health, Emerging Markets, and Oncology.
Custom-fabricated elements developed in partnership with the designer include a two-story feature wall that appears to pierce through the floor into the story above. Individual light boxes with artifacts highlight Lilly’s past, present and future. Glass walls adorned with colorful genome art, etched graphics, and dimensional text are found throughout the space. And a large display featuring some of Lilly’s most successful brands in small vitrines with individual lighting is updatable to accommodate future achievements.
