Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Position Description:
Xibitz is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator develops and implements the company’s advertising, marketing and communication channels regarding its displays and projects in order to build brand awareness, increase sales and ensure clear communications regarding a variety of matters. The role requires 20 hours a week.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Design, manage and send email campaigns to email subscribers
- Create marketing material (bid proposals, online ads, etc.)
- Seek out, create, schedule and photograph content for social media channels
- Manage and maintain company website
- Update and distribute internal forms/documents
- Prepare, analyze and report marketing and website results
- Help construct and adhere to yearly marketing budget
- Develop additional methods and means to reach customers and potential customers
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks at once
- Strong work ethic
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of marketing trends
- Vast understanding of social media, specifically LinkedIn and Facebook
- Experience creating email campaigns
- Experience with WordPress
- Has a ‘team’ mentality
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products
Additional Information:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred.
